SmartSuite-Lite is Lighter version of Original SmartSuite Application.

SmartSuite – Lite is a Time Attendance & Management software with ability to connect the Biometric Devices. SmartSuite – Lite also avoids the manual work of connecting to device it automatically connects the biometric device and collects attendance logs from device. SmartSuite – Lite also contains basic Time attendance features like In/Out Logs, Shift management, Leave Management and some basic reports like daily attendance report.
Attendance Logs from biometric device can also be saved in different database using the SmartSuite – Lite.

Having customizations with SmartSuite-M Mobile Attendance Software

I need customizations with SmartSuite-M Mobile Attendance Software? Is it possible to have the same? Can I have different working modules with the same?

We have been receiving many similar inquiries from last few days. We would again like to let you know that SmartSuite-M is the mobile version of the smartsuite software. We aren’t providing anything different or special with the mobile version of the software. The modules seen in the SmartSuite-M mobile attendance app is same as those in the SmartSuite Software, the web based attendance software. The app synchronizes itself with the pc version of the smartsuite software and on the basis of the synchronization, the changes are finally reflected in the main software.

Prior to any further customization in the mobile attendance app, it is required to have those customizations first with the main attendance software, smartsuite software for PC. Any addition or change which is implemented with the pc version of the smartsuite software makes it possible for the developers to implement the same in the mobile version of the software. It isn’t possible to provide anything or any feature extra in the mobile application except those which you see with the main software.

Any further scope for customization with the mobile attendance application is presently ruled out. But still, our team has been busy working out on this limitation and hopefully, it should become possible to provide things as required in the times to come. For the time being, our mobile attendance app is available with limited features or say modules which anyone can download and test it on the supported android platform. The product will soon be available for all other popular mobile platforms.

Download Android App for SmartSuite-M Mobile Attendance Software

As we had spoken about it in our last post, we have launched the mobile application for the smartsuite software. SmartSuite-M is the mobile version of the popular smartSuite software, a web based time attendance software. SmartSuite-M is currently available for Android platform. Few things to know here. Once you have download the SmartSuite-M Android App, you can simply install and run it on your android device. The app can be tested with the demo account. The demo account shows modules as seen in the main smartsuite software. The modules are limited at present. The app will be integrated with all required modules in the times to come. The demo account does not require you to be registered with the same. If you want to use the app with your own smartsuite account as a registered account, you first have to install the main smartsuite software at your end. Once it is installed then you have to update your smartsuite installation folder with a file which is required to make your android app running without any problem. The file has to be copied to the main installation folder of the smartsuite software. Now, the file is not available to the user as such. In order to receive the file, the user must send a request for the same at this email id – aks@bioenabletech.com. Once the request is received for the same, the technical team will do the needful from here..!

Understanding SmartSuite Software Pricing and Sales Policy

SmartSuite Software is available under two licenses – free demo license and paid license. The free demo license is available free to download for users to try out and see before paid license in purchased. As you must have already seen on our website, the demo license is limited to few users, 5 users/employees to be more specific. Additional users are not supported in the demo version. In case, if you need support for more users in the software you need to purchase the paid version of the software which is similar to the demo version but has a support for more/required number of users/employees.

The paid licensed version of the SmartSuite Software is available under varied pricing. The pricing is based on the number of users/employees which again is further categorized into various slabs (total number of users) – 100, 200, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, etc… The minimum purchase license starts from 100 users which if required can also be considered to 50 users finally. We do not sell software license below that number of users. Also, the pricing is the standard pricing of the software excluding charges for installation, implementation and Taxes. Separate charges are made for installation and implementation of the software. Also, in case if any further customization is required in the software, additional charges are made for the same. No charges are levied for minor customizations. It may take a week to months to provide customizations as required.

Also, there have been occasional inquiries made for software to have a support for unlimited users/employees. Unlimited users license is generally preferred by those individuals/companies wish to re-engineer our product as per their requirement so that they can finally use it for themselves or resell it in the market. We would like to let you know that we do not allow reselling of our software. Instead, we sell it directly to the end users. Even if then you are interested in reselling, you can send us your inquiry for the same. We may look into the same and get back to you with the required details along with certain conditions which is mandatory for our resellers to follow.

Download Web based Time Attendance Software, SmartSuite Software version 2.7.1

BioEnable SmartSuite Software has been upgraded to a new version. The new version comes with some major updates. The new edition of the smartsuite software has a complete attendance approval system along with few more changes in the existing leave management system. Also, few more additions have been made to the existing employees module.

In our earlier versions, the attendance system had one major loophole. It was seen that most of the employees avoided punching in/out to the attendance machine while they were late/early in the office. Instead attendance was recorded manually by logging into the smartsuite system and filling in the incorrect details related to arrival/leave time. And since there was no such approval process to validate the attendance, it was getting common with the employees who came late, to go for the same method. No doubt, companies have to bear major loss because of the same. Late arrivals followed up with unapproved attendance can hinder organizational growth as in such cases, employees tend to be less productive.

New Attendance Approval System

To deal with the same situation as mentioned above, this newest version of the smartsuite software comes along with an attendance approval system to keep a check on fake manual logs. The basic idea here is to monitor those employees who could easily put in incorrect details of their attendance manually while leaving other preferred option to register their attendance by punching in/out to the attendance device. New Employee Dashboard

Along with the revamped attendance approval system, the new version of the smartsuite also comes with an improved employee dashboard where all details related to employees can be accessed by a single click. Information like DOB, working duration in company, supervisor, location, image is visible on dashboard. Also there is link to access his personal information, attendance logs by one click. And the third major addition comes for the leave management system which has been further enhanced with a new leave dashboard where concerned admin/head of any employee can find leave details like – employees leave balance from total, leaves taken, approved leaves, unapproved leaves, absent days with date, late/early arrival of employees, etc…, all at one place.

Now, you can download and test out the fully functional business version of the BioEnable SmartSuite Software. This business version is available for evaluation purpose only. Unlike the community version, this evaluation comes packed with all features but yes, it has certain user limitations. The Evaluation version of the SmartSuite Software cannot be used for more than 5 users/employees. Once the maximum user limit is reached, any further record cannot be added.

The Evaluation version can be used by individuals, companies or organizations to test out all available features of the SmartSuite Software including the import feature. The import feature allows logs from the supported hardware to be imported to the SmartSuite Software. This can be done either manually or can be automated. The automation gets possible after integration of the available time attendance device with the SmartSuite Software. The integration of the supported hardware with the software is done using a php script and the script currently works with MSQL databases and MS Access databases. There is no support for Oracle at present.

The community version on the other hand, has limited features. Also, there is no option available to import logs into the software. You can still test it out and use it for any number of users. The community version does not come up with any user restriction as such. It is thus a good choice in case you are managing a small company/organization with 20-50 employee/user strength. But anyways, you are still missing the Import Feature, one of the most important and must have feature with this software.
